The Code of Conduct is designed to promote and protect the Core Values and  Mission Statement of PESA and ECMTA. Accordingly, Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner whenever they are interacting with other members, in a supported marketplace or with Organization Partners.

All members should have a fair and equal opportunity to express their thoughts and opinions.

Posts should be in the spirit of our Mission Statement of devising and implementing e-commerce best-practices.

Excessively negative or critical comments are discouraged, unless suggestions for improving or resolving the matter are offered.

The following conduct is NOT permitted: personal attacks on fellow members, encouraging fellow members to disobey policies, soliciting members for goods or services not approved by the Board, monopolizing a chat thread, and consistently rude or disruptive behavior.

All posts are property of PeSA and ECMTA and may not be reproduced or circulated to non-members without the explicit, written consent of the PeSA and/or ECMTA Board.


Core Values
PESA and ECMTA is devoted to promoting the highest levels of professionalism, fairness, honesty, and integrity with respect to online trade, while fostering an atmosphere of participation, creativity, responsibility, and philanthropy among its members.
